We liked the restaurant offering SiChuan cuisine, some dishes are presented with extra nice atmosphere.

I really enjoyed the meal had here. It was very tasty. I would certainly return again if I was in Den Haag.Service was friendly and quick. For the menu in Englush you need to scan a qr code on the menu.

Vriendelijke bediening, gezellige ambiance, heerlijk eten, goede uitleg over de gerechten. amuse en kleine zoetigheden extra...kortom heel tevreden en een aanrader! Geen grote menukaart, dus wie weet wisselende gerechten? Waarschijnlijk wel omdat er met lokale producten wordt gewerkt.

Het concept is goed, maar de kaart is momenteel wel heel erg klein. En die informatie vind je niet bij The fork ????. Dus dat was een beetje teleurstellend.

Vegetarische gerechten waren vers bereid en smaakten uitstekend. De wijn suggesties bij het hoofdgerecht en desert waren uitstekend. Service erg goed, gastvrij en vriendelijk. Ik ga zeker nog een keer eten bij Ethica.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten. Het eten van vlees en gevogelte wat niet specifiek gefokt is voor consumptie maar geruimd is voor een andere reden spreekt ons erg aan. Mijn tafelgenoten waren zeer te spreken over de politiepaardenbiefstuk en zelf vond ik mijn schipholeendenpate met als hoofdgerecht een mini rjjsttafeltje ook erg lekker van smaak. Enthousiaste en vrolijke medewerkers. Voor ons een aanrader!
